Ryd Up E-Bike Return Policy
We offer a 30-day return policy for change of mind, giving you 30 days from receiving your item to request a return. The refund will be minus our shipping costs.
Eligibility for Returns
1. Returns for change of mind are only accepted if the package is sealed, unused, and in perfect condition.
2. A receipt or proof of purchase is required.
How to Start a Return

3. Items sent without prior approval will not be accepted.

Damages or Issues
Inspect your e-bike upon delivery and contact us immediately if it is damaged, defective, or if you received the wrong model. We’ll resolve the issue as quickly as possible.
Refunds
1. Once your return is received and inspected, we’ll notify you of the approval status.
2. Approved refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 10 business days.
3. If your refund hasn’t arrived after 15 business days, contact us at info@rydup.com.au
Ryd Up Rewards Terms & Conditions
Entries valid for one-time use only and cannot be combined with any other promotion or discount. All memberships are non-transferable and not redeemable for cash. Month-to-month memberships renew automatically unless cancelled prior to the next billing cycle. 12-month subscriptions are billed upfront and non-refundable once activated. Winners will be notified via email and announced on our official social media channels and website. Management reserves the right to verify all entries and membership eligibility. Maximum 1 x membership purchase per person. Free gifts are a one-time inclusion based on stock availability and are not included in future months.
